He is Canadian-bred and double registered. Rooster
is a big horse with strong, big-boned conformation, a
lovely arched neck
and beautiful little hooked ears. Foaled 05/18/2014.

Red Zeppelin was
purchased from Mane Gait Tennessee Walkers
in Alberta, Canada. He is a sorrel
with great bone. He lost an eye and we call him Rooster
after the John Wayne character, Rooster Cogburn who was
also missing an eye. Rooster has nice gaits and calm, quiet
disposition. He will fit right in here at Slush Creek
Walkers. |

Rooster is a trickster, untying
himself and playing with ropes, halters and tumble
weeds. You will often see him with something in his
mouth running, bucking and kicking. He has been
known to steal Mark's hat!

We bought him as a complete
outcross on our Jubal and Gabe mares. We own his
mother and are very impressed with her so we feel
like he will be a great addition to the herd. His old bloodlines should
cross well with our broodmares. |

Go Boy's Crown Royal,
Merry Go Boy,
Merry Boy,
Sun's Shakedown MLR and
Midnight Sun. His dam line offers the genes of
William's Kodiak,

Red
Zeppelin's genes are really old. His pedigree
reaches deeper into the past for several generations
further than any other pedigree I have ever done.
An examination of his
EXTENDED PEDIGREE reveals that the genetic input
from Midnight Sun, Roan Allen F-38 and Wilson's
Allen are all greater than that of a
great-grandsire. The percentages of old walking
